Here you can see just a few examples of some scripts, forms and web based applications that we have developed which can be used on any Website we Design. If you have any specific requirements for scripts or routines, I'm sure we can develop that for you, or we can modify an existing script to suit your exact needs.

We are currently adding more features using our Product Manager. You can use our Search Feature to look for a specific service we can provide, or you can simply Display all available features.

Please be aware that all these features are only avaiable for websites we design. They are not stand alone packages you can buy and install on your own website.

PURCHASE ORDER REQUEST FORM
Provides you the ability to offer your customers a fast and efficient Bulk Ordering System. Everyone is familiar with using the traditional Shopping Cart, however everyone is also familiar with just how slow they are to use and not practical at all if you need to order multiple products. Traditional Shopping Carts are really only useful for Retail Sales, where a customer may order a few different products periodically.

However if you have Wholesalers, Retailers or customers purchasing on "Account", that wish to re-order vast quantities of products at regular intervals, they will not want to use a Traditional Shopping Cart. This is where Our Purchase Order Request Form comes to the rescue. From a SINGLE page it provides the ability to display all your products, making it extremely easy for your customers to perform bulk orders.

Another major benefit is it can generate quotes aswell. That will save you time as your customers can login select the products and generate their OWN Quote. Or you can login and create quotes and email them direct to the customer.

Some of the Features include:
  • The ability to have multiple pricing levels for each Product (currently supports 6)
    This means you can show retail prices if you wish, but when a dealer logs in, they will see their buy prices instead.

  • The ability to quickly display or hide complete product categories
    WITHOUT losing any products you have selected. Once the Order Form has initially loaded, you can navigate between the categories instantly. No Loading Times ! This makes it ultra fast for people on slower internet connections.

  • Preview the Order before you Submit.
    This is done using a separate window, so you don't have to navigate away from the order form to see the total of your order. Once again making it much faster to use than a traditional shopping cart.

  • Generate PDF files.
    Each Quote or Order that is submitted is converted to a PDF file. These are then sent as attachments on the email or can be downloaded directly from the Submit Page. Not only does this present more professional, but it also ensures accuracy when printing and being able to be downloaded directly means there's no need to wait for email to arrive.

  • No Need to create an account before you place an Order.
    Simply fill out the billing section with your details then click on Submit.

  • The Purchase Order Request Form does not accept payment details, does not include shipping costs and does not generate Invoices.
    These are the main issues with any online ordering. The security issues with credit card details and the unknown issue with freight costs, especially if you order multiple products where each product is different dimensions and weight. So once the order is submitted (via email) you can simply phone the customer back and provide them with an accurate cost for shipping. If they accept this you can then discuss payment methods (or collect their credit card details), all before you process their Order. This also means you have verified who the customer is to ensure this is a legitimate order.

    The best way to offer payment options is to use BPAY that way the customer is using their own banks website to process the payment and means you are no longer responsible for securing their credit card details!

Managing Accounts
A standard online ordering based website requires that each customer create an account before they can purchase. Now in theory that sounds reasonable, but not if you want to use multiple pricing levels. That means you have to wait for them to create an account and then search for their account (as in what login name did they use) before you can update their settings for which pricing level they should receive. That does not sound very efficient!

Our system does not function like that. Instead you create the account and then tell them the login name and password. That way you can configure their account immediately. The other major benefit of this system is that only people you are dealing with have accounts. With the standard way anyone can create an account causing more work having to sort out what accounts are valid and which are not.

Managing Products
In combination with our Product Manager, you can control which products appear on the form and all their details, such as prices, descriptions etc.

That way you can quickly and easily add or remove a product from displaying on the order form, or change the details or prices for any products.

You can also configure it so that only certain products are shown to certain dealer pricing levels. This is great if you wish to offer different products to your account holders versus normal retail sales. This feature can be configured numerous ways so it can be tailored to suit your requirements.

Basically this Bulk Ordering system allows your customers to submit Purchase Orders. It does not generate Invoices. You are still required to perform that action, but as it is intended for use with customers who have an account then that should not pose any additional problems.
Requirements
To use the Purchase Order Request Form, you will also be required to purchase our Product Manager. The website server this is installed to must support PHP and MySQL Database. FTP Access will also be required to the Home directory

PRODUCT MANAGER
This forms the basis for most of the features we offer. The Product Manager allows you to manage your web pages and what products appear on the Purchase Order Request Form.

This is similar in some respects to CMS (Content Management Systems), except with our manager, we do not expect you to have to add your own content. In fact we would prefer you didn't. With us adding your content you can be guaranteed that each product page will be consistent and uniform, fast loading and have all images enhanced and optimized.

Normally adding a hard coded page costs more because the menu system, website search, site map and any product category pages need updating aswell, but with our Product Manager all of that is taken care of. This means we can add new pages / products to your website for much cheaper. This makes an ideal long term strategy as any products you need to add in the future will cost you less than using hard coded pages.

As all products web pages are dynamically generated, the Product Manager comes with a Product Search feature, which you can use from the link supplied on the left. The output can be set to either show thumbnail images, or just a single line per product (like our web site search).

For accessing product pages through the normal menu system, all Product Category Pages are dynamically generated when required.



Some of the Features include:
  • Group Products into Categories.
    You can easily assign products to a Category, Sub Category and Manufacturer (brand). This makes sorting and searching much easier.

  • You can control which product pages are displayed online.
    simply with a click of the mouse and without having to delete the whole record. This makes it ideal if you wish to temporarily remove pages from the website without deleting them.

  • See at a glance the number of Hits.
    Each time a product page is viewed the Product Manager keeps track. So you can see at a glance (and sort by) how many hits each page has received.

  • Easy Search and Display for your customers.
    People can easily search and display what products they are interested in. Now this may sound standard but by grouping products into categories customers can either display all products in a specific category or subcategory, display all products by one manufacturer (from all categories), or search for a specific product name or product code.

    This is a good alternative to a very complex drop down style menu system if you have numerous product categories and manufacturers. Most users find drop down menus frustrating so with this system you can simplify the menu system making it easier to use and then using the Product Manager Search feature quickly locate the product(s) you are interested in.

Latest News
NEWS BULLETIN MANAGER
Every website and every company goes through changes. These could be from changing products, to obtain different brands. This news bulletin feature will allow you to quickly and easily add News Articles to your website so that you can keep your customers informed.

This is ideal if you have new products that are released, or even if new staff members join your company.

There are two display modes. The first is a small module that is ideal for placing on the home page. An example of this is shown on the left. It shows the first 300 or so characters of each news article which people can click on to visit the full article.

Then there is the full page display. All articles are sorted by date created, with latest date shown first.

Comes with an easy to use editor and gives you the ability to add or remove articles from the News page.

Newsletter Subscription
Newsletter Subscription

Allows your visitors to sign up for your email newsletters. They can subscribe, change their category selections and unsubscribe at any time. A newsletter allows you to keep your customers updated about new products, specials and other events. It is a good way of ensuring your customers and potential customers know about everything you can offer, whether that be products or services.

Two versions of the subscription are available, the basic sign up as you see on the left, or if you click on the advanced settings, a more complex sign up page is displayed where people can select just the categories of newsletters they are interested in.

In the Admin module is where you create your HTML newsletter, select which categories you wish to email it to, and simply click EMAIL NOW.

Coupons and Vouchers
This is a great addon feature to the Purchasing Order Request System and for the Newsletters. When you send out a email newsletter advertising products on special, you simply include a CODE for each product.

If someone wishes to order that product at the special price, they simply visit the Online Purchase Order Request Form select the product in question then in the Coupon Code box, they type in the CODE from the email newsletter. When they now preview or submit their order it will show them the discount they have received from using the coupon. This is perfect because it means you don't have to manually adjust the prices of the products on the order form, while still allowing people to purchase at the discounted price.

In the Admin Section is where you manage your Coupons. You simply type in the Product code, the Coupon CODE and what discount you wish to provide for that product. Three choices are available;

Fixed Dollar value: This will adjust the price of the product to what you specify. Great if you have multiple price levels configured in the online ordering as this means you can specify the exact product price.

Discount Dollar value: Will deduct the specified value from the product price.

Discount Percentage: Will deduct the specified percentage from the product price.

Finally you can set an expiry date for each coupon. That way you can run the coupon for any duration you like. If you happen to run out of stock before the coupon expires simply edit the coupon and change the expiry date to yesterdays date.

You can use the same coupon code for multiple products too. So if you want to have 10 products on special all using the same coupon code, you can. The demonstration on the left shows two products linked to the same Coupon Code.

All Any As Phrase


Website Search
Allows your visitors to search the pages of your web site for key words or phrases. The difference with our search is it does not use any external search engines (like google). This means it can not only operate faster, but it also operates in realtime. So if you make changes to any of your web pages, the search engine knows about this instantly. Unlike using Google which may take many days or weeks before it re-indexes your pages.

This version of the search engine allows you to adjust the sensitivity of the search engine. This will indicate if a page should be displayed in the list. ANY (the default) - any of the words you entered can be found, ALL (restrictive search) - every word you entered must be found and PHRASE - (very specific and restrictive search) the words must be found exactly as you typed them, including spaces, commas etc.

SITE MAP
A Site Map provides a top-down view of the overall pages available from the website.
Each page available is displayed as a list and grouped into categories that reflect your menu options.

From a Site Map you can go directly to any page available on the website. It also helps facilitate search engines (such as google) to ensure that all pages on a website can be found.

You may find some customers prefer to see a list of all pages that are available from a website, rather than having to search for the page using either website search or go hunting through the menu options. A sitemap can make it so much more user friendly for websites that have a large number of pages.

Our sitemap is generated dynamically, it is not a static page. That means as new pages are added, the sitemap knows about it instantly.
