A new version of our Purchase Order has now been released, and is installed on our website visit Ordering To see it.

Some of the new features include:

• Generates PDF Files. - now each order or quote is also saved as a PDF and attached to the email.
• Automatic Size Adjusting. - It doesn't matter how large the users screen or browser is, this version will be able to use all available width. No need to specify how many products per line, now you get as many as your browser width can support. Ideal for wide screen high definition (1920 x 1080) monitors as this allows many more products to be displayed per line, which drastically reduces the need to scroll up/down
• New Design Quick Access Menu. - No more having to scroll to the top of the page in order to reach the configuration screen. Now the category configuration is built into the Quick Access Menu, so it's available from anywhere on the page. This allows you to easily display or hide each product category from the order form.
• Customer Order/Quote Review. - Customers that have an account, can now check the status of their Orders or Quotes. (they must login and load the order form). This gives them the ability to see the status of each order, such as received date, processed date or dispatched date.
